Beautiful, Bespoke Soft Furnishings

Designing & Creating

Your initial consultation will take place either at your home or here at On Point Sewing Studio. Together we will discuss and develop your vision, exploring colours, fabrics and style.

You may either provide your own measurements or we will do this for you. If you are seeking a window treatment, we can discuss the options available and any limitations which may need to be considered.

We will advise on your choice of fabrics and the amount required to complete your project. We differ from some bespoke soft furnishing companies as we believe that you can achieve high quality results without paying a fortune. We therefore advise you on the best outlet to buy your ideal fabrics from whether that is a local shop or online retailer. This gives you complete control over your costs.

Written Estimate

You will receive a detailed written estimate within 2 days of our initial consultation so that there are no surprises. Once you have approved this estimate, you buy your own fabric as discussed, which can be delivered directly to us.  Once we receive your fabric, your project will usually be ready within 2 weeks.  This may change depending on current workload.

Once completed, you may either collect from the Studio or we will deliver locally.  If required we will fit curtains free as part of your order.  We do not offer a fitting service for Roman blinds, false blinds or poles/tracks.

CINEMA ROOM

This client had created a cinema room for her family. Inspiration came from a brightly coloured painting she has of a Highland cow. We discussed her requirements  and she decided on a 100% wool Harris tweed to create a modern twist on a tartan theme.
