Directions (from West Vale):

Follow the B6113 towards Ripponden.  Carry on past the Fleece Countryside Inn on your right until you reach the 30 mph sign for Ripponden village. Immediately after this on your right you will see a warning sign for horses and a bus stop.

Straight after the bus stop (and before the road bends around to the right), turn into a concealed (steep) lane.  Look for a yellow PRIVATE sign on a fence saying The Clough, Cob Cottage and The Cob.  As you come down the lane we are the first house on your left (before you reach the garages – only about 10m). Turn left into our drive which has PRIVATE painted on the driveway.   You will be able to drive out of the other end of the property without turning around.

Directions (from Triangle):

Follow the A58 Halifax Road towards Ripponden.  Carry on past the Doctor’s Surgery on your left until you reach Elland Road (B113) on your left.

Come up Elland Road, pass School Close on your left.  Approximately 25m after this (and before the road bends around to the left) you will see a sign for horses.  Immediately after this sign, turn into a concealed entrance to your left where there is a group of houses (confusingly most have “Clough” in the title!).  You are looking for “The Clough” which is the third house you come to.  It has PRIVATE painted on the driveway, with a short wall and a large tree on either side. You will be able to drive out of the other end of the property without turning around.

Directions (from Rishworth or Cragg Vale):

Follow signs for Ripponden and drive into the centre of the village.  Go through the traffic lights and turn right onto Elland Road.  Use directions from Triangle from here (see left).
